• We are not an airline and do not own, operate, or control any aircraft or flight services
• We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any specific airline or carrier
• All airline names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only
• Final responsibility for flight operations, schedules, and policies rests with the respective airline

3. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to ensure accuracy, please be aware:

• Flight prices, availability, and schedules are subject to change without notice
• All fares are confirmed at time of booking only — prices shown are illustrative and subject to real-time availability
• We make every effort to present accurate information but cannot guarantee error-free data at all times
• Schedule changes, delays, and cancellations are the responsibility of the respective airline

• Our professional agency service fee, which will be disclosed before any charge is made
• Secure payment processing — card numbers are never spoken aloud (DTMF masking)
• The airline's own terms, conditions, and baggage policies

6. Limitation of Liability

FlyAdvisers and S.NATH INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED are not liable for:

• Flight cancellations, delays, or schedule changes made by airlines
• Baggage loss, damage, or delay caused by carriers
• Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
• Force majeure events including weather, natural disasters, or government actions

Our liability is limited to the service fees paid to FlyAdvisers for the specific booking in question.
